Join Tamara Brown for the Circle of Light! A monthly meetup/class series for those looking to explore their spirituality and how to manage themselves - especially in the Muggle world! Each month will feature a different focus with energetic and magical practices, tips & tricks. Held on the Second Tuesday of each month.
For May, the topic will be Self-Care for Empaths: How to reguate yourself and manage your superpower. Are you affected by the energy of other people, places, even the media? Learn practices to help you stay centered in yourself and direct your energy.
No experience necessary. Bring paper and pen for note-taking if you want.
