We will embark on a journey through the body tuning inward to notice every nuance to release tension, stagnant energy and burdens of the mind. As you focus fully on the present moment of movement you will learn the tools to continue to nurture yourself every step of the way. With intention setting and affirmations, paired with relevant cosmic happenings and moon placements, your mind, body and spirit will be dazzled and engaged.
